"SUCCESSFUL JOB SEARCHING NOT LET BARRIERS STOP THEM FROM SEEKING A JOB"
Education

Go back to school or take a workshop to gain more skills, education and knowledge.  Work as an intern or volunteer to gain experience.  Volunteering, even if you don't get paid, is building your experience.

Housing

Not having a place to stay, can cause you a hardship when seeking a job.  Some people are homeless, and live in shelters or even their cars.   But, some do what they have to do, and wash up every morning in a public restroom, until things gets better.

If you don't have your own  place to stay, make a goal to yourself to save every penny you can towards your own apartment or room.

Also, staying with a friend, family member, ask a church about employment, and see if they have a room in exchange for work.  But still save towards our own place.

Healthcare

Take care of yourself! Exercise and eat the right kinds of food.  If you don't have healthcare, visit a local free health care or hospital facility for treatment during your time of illness.

Environment

Working in a positive is key to success on your job.  Characteristics such as: working as a team member, employee development workshops to build unity, getting along with our co-workers, getting training so you can grow with the company to better our self towards promotions. Interacting and recognition of your efforts and hard work on the job.

Many people are confident and will work better when they have a balance of life.  This is done by accomplishing goals in their personal, home, family, and spiritual beliefs.  Mainly, when one believe in themselves, and not let anything stopping them from reaching their goals.  Along with perseverance, persistent and with determination.

Diversity

Everywhere we turn, everyone does not look like you. Especially as much in the workforce.  Dramatically, America demographics have changed over the last 50 years.

Our background and other factors are the reflection of our American workforce population such as:  genders,, religion, race, and age.

So, we can't escape this fact, so it is better to learn to get along and respect everyone no matter who they are, especially in the workplace.
